As the rising sun reflects a red tint over the Wilder Kaiser, birds chirp and squirrels play – could you imagine a nicer backdrop for breakfast? The Sonnleitn has a variety of holiday apartments available for your holiday in the Kitzbuehel Alps.
A total of eight holiday apartments are available, accommodating 2 – 7 persons, fully furnished with spacious south-facing balconies and terraces providing fantastic views of the Wilder Kaiser. Six of the apartments are located in the main house and the apartments Kaiserblick 1 & 2 are in the annex. The apartments, with tasteful wooden furnishings and décor, provide a comfortable homely environment. In the new penthouse apartment our guests reside like royalty in the Kitz Alps.

The newly renovated, one-bedroomed apartment “Sport“, for 2 – 4 persons, situated on the sunny side, has a separate kitchen with large seating area and a covered south-facing balcony with sun in the morning. The living/sleeping area, with beautiful views of the Kaiser mountains, fulfil all holiday dreams.
The one-bedroomed apartment, “Kitzbüheler Alpen“ is furnished with pine wood from the region and is suitable for 2 – 5 persons. Ideal for families with small children. The spacious living / kitchen area with a large dining area and pull-out couch has all the comforts while the balcony provides magnificent views across the valley to the Wilder Kaiser.
Warm and bright due to its wooden ambiance, the two-bedroomed apartment “Tirol” can accommodate 2 -5 persons. The newly renovated holiday apartment has two bedrooms, a comfortable living / kitchen area with pull-out couch and two large balconies – the east-facing balcony with a view of the Kitzbühel Horn and the other has magnificent views of the Wilder Kaiser.
Apartment “Wilder Kaiser“ for 2 – 5 persons is particularly popular with families with children. The two-bedroomed apartment has a comfortable kitchen / living room with large dining area. Both bedrooms have an ensuite. The highlights are the romantic canopy beds in the three-bed room. Enjoy the evening sun on the spacious balcony.
“Apartment Kalkstein“, with its own garden is suitable for 3 -7 persons and has been designed particularly spacious. For this reason it is very popular for families with grandparents or friends. The three-bedroomed apartment has a comfortable kitchen / living area, as well as a large sun terrace on two sides.
The luxurious penthouse apartment, suitable for 3 – 6 persons, has a large open-plan living and dining area, magnificent panoramic views of St. Johann, the Wilder Kaiser and the Kitzbühel Horn and every top comfort. Reside like royalty in the penthouse which covers an expanse of 115m² living area, 3 bedrooms and with its very own three-sided balcony.
The three-bedroomed apartment, Kaiserblick 1, for 2 – 6 persons is situated in the annex and has a unique view of the Wilder Kaiser mountain range. The apartment has a comfortable kitchen / living room with large seating area. Alongside two spacious bedrooms, the third bedroom with bunk beds can be found. From a large two-sided balcony enjoy fantastic views of the Wilder Kaiser.
The sunny and quietly situated two-bedroomed apartment, Kaiserblick 2, is located in the annex. Suitable for 2 – 4 persons, it has a comfortable kitchen/living room with unique views and two double bedrooms. Additional beds are possible. Enjoy the Wilder Kaiser in the evening sun on the large three-sided balcony.
